§ 1-10. Code deemed continuation of ordinances.

Latest version.

While those ordinances which are superseded by the adoption of this Code are repealed upon the adoption of the Code by the city, the sections appearing in this Code, so far as they are the same in substance as those of ordinances of the city existing at the time of adoption of the Code, shall be considered as continuations of the ordinances and not as new enactments.
