§ 1-4. Police jurisdiction.

This Code and all ordinances of the city apply in the police jurisdiction of the city and to all property or rights-of-way belonging to the city to the maximum extent authorized or required by Code of Ala. 1975, §§ 11-40-10, 11-51-91, and other applicable law. The use of the phrase "in the city" shall include the city's police jurisdiction and all such property and rights-of-way.
