§ 98-61. Obstructing sewers.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or deposit, or cause to be thrown or deposited, in any vessel or receptacle connected with the sewers, any garbage, hair, ashes, fruit, vegetables, peelings, refuse, rags, cotton, newspapers or any other substance whatever which may clog up such sewers or stop the flow of water therein.
